Contour is the result of 45 years of experience in the development and manufacturing of climbing skins. In 1971 the first adhesive skin made of Mohair plush is launched onto the market and in in 1975 the production begins of climbing skins in Innsbruck, Austria. The company was founded by Eduard Koch and through all these years of specialization and innovation in skins for skis and split boards, today Contour has proven performance in the toughest conditions throughout the world, whether it’s ski mountaineering race or skinning up the local slopes.
